Barb McAteer is a “rejuvenated” Software Sales Executive. She is the founder of BarbMac Consulting, a Diversity, Equity, and inclusion consultant, a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and an expert in HOPE.
Barb has 30+ years experience in Direct & Indirect Sales, Sales Management; Business Development, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy and Operations, License Management, and Sales Enablement. As a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach she has embraced her own Top Strengths; Strategic, Activator, WOO, Achiever, and Communication; which is to say she’s an "Influencer, a Visionary, a Motivator, a Coach and a Guide.
She’s a Conduit of Change for those who seek positive transformation. She has been described by people she has worked for and with as "authentic, bold, and fearless".
